Collection: Cutting Boards

Cutting boards are designed to hold up to knives and the rigors of food preparation.  They come in two main types, edge grain and end grain.

Edge grain boards are typically slightly less durable and can dull a knife more rapidly than end grain boards do; however the process to produce them is much less complex and they are priced accordingly.

End grain boards cost more up front; however, they have a reduced dulling effect on your knives and stay beautiful longer.
